Barbara-Lee Dickson (FAP 104067) is the Director of The Insurance Ladies and is a Financial Advice Provider – Insurance Specialist.

The Insurance Ladies Limited (FSP 715991) holds a licence issued by the Financial Markets Authority to provide financial advice.

Barbara-Lee loves helping, individuals, couples, families and small business owners to protect their financial security around any unexpected illness or injury. Her role is to ensure that you are not exposed to any unnecessary risk, while at the same time making sure you don’t pay more than you need to for your protection plans. Her business is built on helping all New Zealanders to protect what’s important to them. Her aim is to take the greatest professional care of her clients. She works hard to deliver timely solutions that meet your financial needs.

After meeting with Barbara-Lee, her clients leave better informed about their risks, quantification of their risks and their options. She works to understands what’s important to them and provide suitable recommendations and options to help them make informed decisions. Barbara-Lee has been approved by Financial Advice NZ as a Trusted Adviser to her clients. She works together with you to prepare for and defend against life’s challenges, and she is there to support, help and provide advice along the way. She is required to follow her internal policies and procedures, adhere to the Code of Conduct, and provide clients with a professional service.

Barbara-Lee loves to travel and spend time with family and friends. She enjoys walking and the occasional game of golf. The charities she supports are the Cancer Society the Neurological Foundation. Her daughter suffered a serious head injury back in 2011 which sent her on a personal journey that no mother wants to take. Also, her Father suffered from Alzheimer’s which a dreadful cruel disease and her Mother passed away due to Cancer
